I hope to fill this out myself eventually, but the basic idea is this: take a non-pony character, be it one of your own or whoever, and gradually sort out what sort of My Little Pony they would be and draw them gradually becoming that pony.

Figuring out exactly what variety one would be, what there cutie mark would be and why, etc, can actually be a pretty interesting thought exercise.

Of course, if you don't like MLP, there's no reason you have to do this meme. Just please be tolerant of those who do ^^;
