I had a brilliant scheme where I'd use the pixel resize method of Paint Shop Pro to automate the shrinking of this smiley. The automated size reduction made lopsided, deformed smilies, so I wound up making each stage of this animation manually. Yay!

While this may seem like a weirdo shrink emoticon that would only be for shrink enthusiasts, but I think it would also work in "oh crap I can't believe I said that" sorta situations, so I still have hopes of DA considering this emoticon.

It would definitely be interesting to be able to use this as a regular DA emoticon. I agree with other comments, though, that the shrinking effect might be better if it were slowed down just slightly, but as it is, it's still good.
