Yes, this is a female variation of Link. I call her Linka, and the idea with her is that she's not transformed, but is simply an alternate female version of Link.

*cough*

This image exists as an experiment in making reusable characters in Illustrator, and is of Linka because I had a sketch of her ready to scan and use. So, basically, this is an image of Linka due to the strange things in my sketchbooks and simple laziness.

Nice work. Her feet look a little odd, but otherwise a good job.

I've never had the patience to learn how to use Illustrator properly, it's cool to see how clean you can make stuff look with it. I'm interested in seeing what you do with the re-usable characters idea. It could be cause enough for me to try and learn the ways of the vector.

The thing about reusable characters is that the templates REALLY need to be polished and on model, or it backfires. If I really wanted to reuse the base for Linka, I would need to fix up those feet or every instance would be like "dang, look at those feet".

It's vector based and layered. I could rotate/modify/replace parts, change her outfit, expression, wind up with a completely different character, etc.
